Dr. Malini is a passionate educator and a pioneer in STEM education, dedicated to nurturing young minds and empowering future generations through hands-on learning and public speaking. Her journey into children’s enrichment began with a strong desire to teach and coach in science innovation projects, STEM initiatives, and public speaking for kids in both English and Tamil. Today, she is recognized as a leader in the field, inspiring students and educators alike

A graduate in Psychology and a Master's degree holder in Education from AEU, Dr. Malini furthered her academic achievements with a Doctor of Philosophy in Sustainable Development. With over 27 years of professional experience spanning multinational corporations, primary schools, private schools, and preschools, her diverse background enriches her teaching and leadership capabilities. Dr. Malini’s speaking skills were cultivated through real-world experiences, including business presentations, inhouse workshops with senior management, training sessions for educators, and university lectures.

As a certified trainer in Psychology (Tamil, India) and with Johan Speaking Academy in Malaysia, she has become a trusted mentor in public speaking, particularly for children .In her role as the Founder and CEO of a group of preschools in Malaysia & TMP Little Scientist Research Academy Dr. Malini devotes her time to mentoring teachers, lecturers, professionals and supporting students in their academic and personal growth. She has also been recognized for her contributions to special education, including a recently acclaimed module designed for slow learners.Since 2007, Dr. Malini has been actively involved in science innovation exhibitions and competitions at a national level. Her expertise and dedication have earned her invitations as a guest speaker and jury member at numerous schools and international innovation competitions, Olympiads and international conferences.

In 2019, she was honored with the title of "Mentor Inovasi Malaysia" as a nationwide champion. She has also organized various international competitions and conferences for educators, solidifying her role as a global leader in educational innovation. Her unwavering commitment to empowering children through STEM education and public speaking has produced remarkable results. Starting with preschool-aged students, she instills confidence and creativity, enabling them to excel on stage and in life. Many of her students have won prestigious awards at local and international competitions, further underscoring her impact. Dr. Malini herself has been recognized with over 200 awards, including two World Book of Records acknowledgments from India and Egypt. Her groundbreaking projects and innovations were further celebrated in 2024 with two additional World Book of Records honors from London. Recently Dr. Malini has been appointed as the head of the STEM Faculty at University Geomatika Malaysia. She has been featured in esteemed media outlets, including STAR, NST, Tamil newspapers, TV3, Astro, BERNAMA and RTM. Dr. Malini was prominently featured in Alma News London in recognition of Malaysia hosting the World Summit 2025.

In 2021, Dr. Malini was listed as one of Malaysia's "The Successful People," with her biography published in British pedia. The following year, she was named the “Most Inspiring Woman on Earth” by the International Innovative University (IIU) in New Delhi. As a pioneer in STEM education in Malaysia, Dr. Malini serves as a representative, advisor for STEM initiatives and is an invited lecturer at University Geomatika Malaysia. Her vibrant, energetic, and compassionate nature makes her a magnetic presence, drawing students, educators, and communities to learn from her. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Malini is a devoted mother to three children, aged 14, 20, and 22. She passionately believes in the transformative power of public speaking, a skill that has elevated her career and one she continues to instill in her children. With a lifelong commitment to sustainability, education, and innovation, Dr. Malini is not just an educator but a mentor, leader, and inspiration to all who meet her.
